As my friends and family know, I am passionate about Habitat for Humanity and its mission to help build decent, affordable shelter for those in need, both locally and around the world. I'm eager to participate in making that kind of change for another family this June in Honduras.
The lack of a safe place to call home negatively impacts health, academic achievement and security. The global pandemic has brought this to light now more than ever.
With billions of people lacking adequate housing worldwide and the need urgently growing, donations from supporters like us are critical.
